Wake Fishing Oy – Online Store Terms and Conditions

The products are sold by Wake Fishing Oy, VAT ID: FI20101255. The prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change pricing of products and delivery costs.
The products are mainly ordered via the shopping cart at www.wakefishing.com. All orders are confirmed by email stating the ordered products, prices and delivery costs. In order to receive a confirmation email, the customer must provide a valid email address. With each order the customer commits to the terms and condition in effect at the time of purchase.
We will send you an order confirmation email which will include:
- Order reference number
- Our bank account number
- Invoice total
You can view the contents of the order through your user account on our website.
The products and delivery costs are paid while submitting the order. We accept the following payment methods: Visa and Master Card.
Payments are made via Paytrail Ltd´s website. Payments can also be made in advance by bank transfer if requested firstly form customer support via e-mail. Requests can be left via the contact from.
Payments by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard
If you wish to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Wake Fishing Ltd only acts as a marketer of the products and also ships the products. Claims are handled by Paytrail Ltd.
Paytrail Ltd acts as the seller in all orders purchased with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard. The transaction is between the customer and Paytrail Ltd. The seller is responsible of all obligations related to the transaction. Paytrail Ltd is also the payee.

Financial and payment services related to online banking are executed by Paytrail Ltd (FI21228397) in co-operation with credit institutions and Finnish banks. Paytrail Ltd purchases the transaction and pays it to the merchant. To the customer the payment service functions like a conventional online payment.
We dispatch orders on each working day. Depending on bank connections your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of the payment. Orders to anywhere in the world will be delivered by GLS or Fedex depending on location. Transit times for the shipments are aprox. 2-6 working days. All shipment are shipped out of Wake Fishing Ltd´s central warehouse in Finland. Possible changes in delivery times will be announced on the news section of our website.
Delivery Method and Costs
Delivery charges include postage and packaging costs. The delivery charges can be viewed after selecting the payment and delivery method for your order.
Return and exchange policies
The customer has a right to return or exchange the order within 14 days. The return policy only applies to the products that are sellable and unused in their original packaging. Please include the following information with your return:
- Your customer reference number
- Your name, address and phone number
- Your bank account number
- A copy of the order confirmation

We do not accept returns after 14 days of the delivery. Once the return has been accepted, received and processed, the payment will be refunded to your bank account.
Problems with delivery and product defects
If a product has gone missing, has damaged or a wrong product has been shipped, the customer must immediately notify this to email@example.com or by mail to:

Notification of a faulty delivery or a defected product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the parcel has been damaged during the delivery, a claim must be made to the delivery company.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions. The customer must read the terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase. All customer information handled by Wake Fishing Ltd is strictly confidential.
